How do we proceed when taking over the goods?

We offer a guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will refund you for the items returned to us. We advise you to try the garment on to ensure correct sizing. Please make sure that you are not wearing any make up, perfume, or body lotion when trying on the garment(s). Please note you will bear the full cost of the return postage. You are entitled to a refund for the costs of delivery to return good(s) to our warehouse by standard delivery. However, if you chose any other method of delivery than standard, we will only refund the costs of standard delivery.

You can return to us product within 14 days from the receipt of goods.

Please note that due to the administration involved in the process of return good(s) we do not offer exchange of good(s). Returned item(s) must be registered into our system which causes a time delay. If you wish to exchange the product for another, please place a new order and post the original to us to receive a refund.

How do you return the goods?

Due to the medical nature of our products, and for health and safety reasons, any garment(s) worn post-surgery cannot be returned. Do not send the goods by the means of cash-on-delivery as we are not obliged to accept these good(s).

Returned products must be:

  • In their original condition - not damaged, altered, worn, washed, or dry cleaned
  • Folded and in original product packaging 

 

Process of return:

  • Complete LIPOELASTIC return label form, provided with product, should this not be available please contact use the online version of return label. Without a completed return label form enclosed, we will not be able to identify the order. By means of completing the return form it will make the process of refunding good(s) smoother and more efficient.
  • Use the return label and post the product(s) to our warehouse - you will bear the cost of the return postageYou are entitled to a refund for the costs of delivery to return good(s) to our warehouse by standard delivery. However, if you chose any other method of delivery than standard, we will only refund the costs of standard delivery.
  • Upon receipt of the return we will:
    a. Check the returned product(s) to ensure that they meet the required conditions as above.
    b. If so, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the return.

Please remember to provide us with a delivery address, telephone number and email your written statement from 14 days of receipt of good(s). Not providing any of the mentioned document(s) will not prevent your statutory rights in any manner.

When do you get your money back?

Once our product(s) have been received at our warehouse, we will then issue a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return item(s). Please note that we are not obliged in any way to issue a refund before the goods have been returned or evidence of good(s) being return has been provided.

You are entitled to a refund for the costs of delivery to return goods to our warehouse by standard delivery. However, if you chose any other method of delivery than standard, we will only refund the costs of standard delivery.

We will refund you the money by the same method as we have received them

By accepting these Terms, you express your consent with sending the money as above, if no other costs will be caused to you. The costs of the delivery of the returned goods to our address will accrues to you, in the case that the goods cannot be returned via the usual postal service due to its nature of size.
